Black Mountain is divided into two sides; the Black Mountain side, and Kirschner Mountain side. Both sides are offer similar homes, and are close to all of the same amenities. The only difference is that each side offers slightly different views! The area is a close to all of the shops and restaurants in the Rutland area and is 10 minute drive to Orchard Park Mall. Black mountain also has numerous parks, trails and a golf course!
